Interest problem has always been an eternal topic with the development progress of human society. It exists in all aspects of human social life, and people's social activities are closely related with interest. Harmonious society is the ideal life state that human beings have been pursuing. The harmonious society is a major strategic decision which is proposed by the Communist Party of China in the new historical conditions and it is the further advance of reform and opening up.
