| The Clinical Legal Education was invented in the United States, and it classifies the life of the law experience, rather than the logic of it. Similarly, developing students' ability of law practice is also the education target in Chinese universities. But, the Clinical Legal Education pays more attention to training the technique of law, which was proved to create shortage in teaching progress in China. Meanwhile, the pure occupational education can't be the ultimate goal of Chinese legal education. The Community Clinical Legal Education is the creative models that intend to break the education barrier. The system of theoretics of this kind of education model haven't established in our country yet. The thesis inquiries into the Chinese Community Clinical Legal Educational science construction based on Constructivism doctrine theories and guided with the learning paradigm. The thesis is divided into five major parts. The preface synopsis introduced the research background and the writing way of thinking of the article. The first part investigates the Community Clinical Legal Educational development and its existing problems.
