To the rule of law, to achieve fairness and justice, the most important is to improve the quality of legal personnel, especially to improve the courts, Prosecutors quality of staff and a large number of legal knowledge of law enforcement officers. Legal education and the construction of a harmonious socialist society have a close relationship. Legal education can be divided into subject knowledge to teach the theory-based education and to teach skills-based vocational education. Legal professional education for improving the skills of legal professionals, the formation of the legal profession in our community, Promote the country's legal process has a significant role. The construction of a harmonious socialist society is the role played by the inestimable.The Vocational Education Law is very important in Legal Education. As China's deepening of judicial reform and legal system building process progresses, the laws of vocational education in China has made no small achievement. With the promotion of vocational education in China, we need better development of this law on the basis of vocational education so that the development of vocational education for the country to play a greater role.Firstly, the legal concept of vocational education, vocational education to the scope of the definition, then analyzes the legal profession education in some developed countries, focusing on clinical legal education in the United States model. Clinical Legal Education is a very good legal model of vocational education was introduced in 2000 our country.
