Research About Prevention Mechanism Of Sudden Mass Incidents In County

In recent years, sudden mass incidents occur frequently in China with increasing confrontation scale, which has brought about significant losses to our country and people's lives and property. Sudden mass incidents have become an important factor that affects current social stability, and posed severe challenges to the administrative ability of our party and government. With the purpose of constructing prevention mechanisms of sudden mass incidents in the county, and based on the reality of the transitional period of our society, this thesis aims at probing this increasingly severe problem by combining theory and practice.The thesis can be divided into three parts: The first part illustrates the definition, features and causes of sudden mass incidents in the county. By analyzing these factors, and taking some incidents as examples, the thesis defines sudden mass incidents, summarizes the common types, and concludes some tendentious characteristics in the features and causes of sudden mass incidents in the county.The second part analyzes the current situation of our emergency prevention system of sudden mass incidents and its advantages and disadvantages.The third part suggests some measures to perfect the emergency prevention system. It analyzes some related theories on the emergency prevention mechanism of sudden mass incidents, draws inspirations from them and offers some suggestions on how to construct an effective emergency prevention system of sudden mass incidents.
