Impact of those changes on state actors like China. China is most likely getting raged for those changes with which complicated its strategy and resorts to military ways.Based on the analysis above, it is easily to find out that if we take the Japan-U.S. alliance as an actor of the inter-dynamic level, which between the structure and units of the international system, its defense posture would depend on the security environment, and Vic visa.
