Hence, improving the Ethnic Autonomous region's economy by giant leap has been a crucial issue for us,and E-government is one of the ways which can do this.This paper has first introduces the E-government' particularity in China,analysis of the characteristics of e-government,meaning and function,and especially on domestic and foreign research present situation,describes the main elements of E-government,studied the four kinds of E-government and the E-government's development present situation at home and abroad.Then,on the bases of analyzing the actual government affairs and finding out the existing problems of the ethnic autonomous areas in china,the suggestions of development of E-government in these areas are put forward.Finally,base on the construction of E-government in Qianxinan,the state of E-government development process and the status quo to do an in-depth study,the construction experience was summed up,hoping for providing the experience for other national autonomous areas E-government's construction.
