Undoubtedly, the marketing reformation of the public services in many European and American countries has set an example for the reformation of the public services in south Jiangsu district. However, no matter what kind of success they gained during the reformation, the equal public services in south Jiangsu district have their own characteristics and requirements. The equal public services in south Jiangsu district should include not only all the urban and rural residents, but also a great deal of floating population. Only by the cooperation and coordination between different departments, can the level of public services in south Jinagsu district be enhanced, can the public services between different social groups be equal step by step.
