In this thesis, the form of investigation and study of Juvenile Court of People's Court of Gulou District of Xuzhou City, nearly three years of probation apply to minors who conducted the field research and survey data to be analyzed and summarized, and finally put forward the solutions I believe that, with a view to develop characteristics of juvenile offenders for the system of juvenile offenders on probation.There are three parts in this thesis besides the foreword and the epilogue.In the first part, the present writer dissertated the definition and the transgress trait of the juvenile offenders. The present writer progressed definition on the juvenile offenders firstly then gave the present writer simple summing-up to the current criminous trait of the juvenile offenders.In the second part, there is the analyze on investigation and research of correlative circs of applying probation to the juvenile offenders in the grass roots people's court. The present writer mostly adopted the methods of data analyze, notes based on visit and talk as well as cases in this part, the present writer carried through micromesh, detailed and actual investigation on the criminous quantity of the juvenile, the circs of applying probation to the juvenile offenders, the juvenile offenders' self circs to whom were applied probation, the ideas and viewpoints of the judge on applying probation to the juvenile offenders and the still existent problems of applying probation to the juvenile offenders as well, moreover, the present writer summarized inquisitional conclusion based on going along analyze on inquisitional datum, that is, the deficient cause of applying probation to the juvenile offenders.In the third part, according to inquisitional conclusion, the present writer puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the probation system for the juvenile offenders of our country, the present writer hopes that these measures can afford a little reference to the development and the perfect of the probation system for the juvenile offenders of our country.On all accounts, though the effort of the present writer, in this thesis, the present writer brought forward her countermeasures with pertinence on the problem based on processing the diagnoses to the problem and consulted the research circs to this problem overseas and at home.
