China Youth Political Participation On The Internet Under The Political Development

The author analysize youth's internet political participation in mainland by the angle of influence of real political development. Before the article, the introduction has combed the theory and concepts of"political developmen"and"political participation"as well as both's relations.This article has established such logical premise that the internet as one kind of technology taking political effects is restrained by society's political condition. It is necessary that put the analyzation of youth's internet political participation in mainland in the real political development strategy and the overall politics participation system of our country. The mainland youth's internet political participation is one part and one kind of shape of them. Through the analyzation to the main body's of youth's internet political participation in mainland, this article discovered that it has some prominent problems. These questions mainly include excessive control of government and the low efficiency of e-government; the conflict of self-evaluation and social evaluation; and the"goes round the sun to meet the moon". These questions'formation may attribute to our country's overall political development level ,but the concrete reasons include"internet dependence sickness"of youth's internet political participation in mainland , exterior regulation machine-made, possible significance"cost"and constitutive flaw. Optimizing the youth's internet political participation in mainland has three possible measures. The finall conclution of this article is that youth's internet political participation in mainland has positive influence without doubt, but that taking the youth as cutting edge's of internet political participation in our country is the helpless substitution of real political development, particularly the constitutive flaw of political participation. Therefore, the basic way for opening the level road and the magnificent prospect of internet political participation lies in advanceing the real political development unceasingly.
