The Research On The Influence Of The Network Political Participation On The Democratic Political Development Of China

Development of network political participation is established on the basis of the rapid development of Internet technology in the information age.As a new way of citizen political participation, online political participation played a catalytic role for the healthy development of democracy. Since 1994, China achieved the full function of the Internet connection, network political participation has become the main way of citizen political participation, convenient network political participation gives citizens the new experience,without leaving home and tapping the mouse can understand current affairs and state the comments and recommendations. The powerful online public opinion becomes an important channel for Government to understand the feelings of public opinion.which, to some extent, ensure the Government make the scientific decisions. The improvement of laws and regulations, e-government network makes network step by step toward the institutionalization of political participation, and this had a profound impact on the development of democracy.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss. First, the article combs the traceability of political participation and network political participation,the concepts are clearly defined,and described the rise and development process of Chinese political participation, and pointed out that the appearance of political participation is a inevitable result by the improvement of network technology and the growth of consciousness civil rights. Secondly,the article pointed out the relevance of online political participation and democracy, and analyzed the advantages of online political participation and its positive impact on the development of democratic politics. Again, the article combine the actual situation of political participation, from the democracy perspective analysis the problems of political participation and the causes why political participation exists flaw, indicating the positive of completing the network of political participation.Due to the imbalance of the education level by different Internet users and information infrastructure,this lead to the non-equilibrium by body’s network of political participation, due to lack of the laws and network regulations and the disorder of political participation because of people’s non-rational political participation and so on, which become a major problem restricting the further improvement of political participation, to a certain extent, hindered the healthydevelopment of democratic politics. Finally, starting from the Perspective of democracy,proposed the main measures to protect network political participation. From the perspective of the development of democratic politics, in progress the Optimization of the network political participation, on the basis of political participation, promote the further development of China’s democratic politics.
