Te Study Of The Status And Role Of College Communist Youth League In Building Harmony Campus

The harmonious campus building of institutions of higher learning is an important component of building a socialist harmonious society. It is not only a necessary requirement for self-development of institutions of higher learning, but also for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Besides, it is an important historical task for modern university. What's more, it is the objective conditions and the necessary factors to promote university students to be more comprehensive. The CYL is the party's assistant and reserve force and takes on the commitment of the glorious mission of doing a good job in youth work for the Party. In the new historical period of modernization, the CYL has become more important in position and role. From the situation of higher education schools, the organization of CLY stands on the front line of the work for students, and is a major force and an important channel for the Party in uniting and guiding the youth. It is also a new force in the work of the Party and the work for students in institutions of higher learning, and an important foundation for the work of institutions of higher learning. Therefore, building harmonious campus can not do without the participation of the CYL. The CYL will also be in an important position in building harmonious campus and plays an important role in it. At present, although there are several research articles on the work of CYL of institutions of higher learning in the new era, there is little campus-related in-depth study on building harmonious campus. Research is basically lacked. There is still great potential and room for development in the research. This article attempts to probe into the subject, and have a more in-depth study of the relationship between the CYL and the building of a harmonious campus. It also attempts to explore the new ideas and new actions of the CYL of institutions of higher learning in the new situation in building harmonious campus, hoping that it can offer some guidance for the work of the CYL of institutions of higher learning under new environment and have a certain role in promoting the building of harmonious campus.This article makes use of related theories of harmonious society and the principles of the CYL, combines with the practice of the CYL, consults a lot of information and makes empirical investigations, which is divided into four major parts. The first part further analyzes the significance of the construction of harmonious campus and elaborates that building harmonious campus is an important historic task for modern university from the connotation and characteristics of harmonious campus. The second part starts from the historic mission that the CYL undertakes, summed up the glorious mission from the character and history of the CYL in the new period, and explains that the CYL has incumbent responsibility in the building of harmonious campus. This part also analyzes the concrete responsibility that the CYL undertakes in the building of harmonious campus in detail, and discusses the new requirement that the building of harmonious campus has brought forward. The third part studies in details the problems in the ideals, beliefs, ethics, honesty and trustworthiness of university students; in problems of students that have financial difficulties, and psychological problems, and in problems of graduate students; in problems of network environment, the society environment and apartment environment in the peculiar campus environment. This part has a more comprehensive analysis of the obstacles to build harmonious campus, and analyzes the reasons.In allusion to the problems put forward in the third part, the fourth part addresses that the CYL can participate in the building of harmonious campus through effective means of ideological and political education, Students'Union, student societies, social practice activities, and the construction of campus culture, and the work of employment of graduate student from the perspective of and the work scope of the CYL. It also addresses to enhance the building harmonious campus through youth volunteer work of university students, the work of students that have financial problems, mental health education of university students and the work of awarding excellent students. Besides, it explores the CYL's new ideas and new actions of building harmonious campus under new circumstance through the branches of the CYL as a staying point to develop the building of harmonious campus.
