The Study Of The Role Of The Communist Youth League Organization In Guiding The Growth Of Youth By Ideology In The New Period

The political and ideological work of the college student in the new era,its success or failure will influence the effects and the goals that the Communist Party of China strive to make directly.Nowadays the great changes have taken place in the ideological characteristics,behavior patterns and channels for expressing emotions of the new generation of college students,these are great challenges for the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements and standards for the Communist Youth League organizations to guide young people in ideology.Because of the weakening of the organization function of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities will lead to the deviation of young students’ Outlook on the world,life and values.So,we must attach great importance to the work of the Communist Youth League in ideology,and vigorously improve the scientific and refined level of the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities,so as to lay the foundation for the cultivation of compound talents to meet the needs of the society.This paper takes the work of youth growth led by the Communist Youth League of M University in G city as an example.It is found that the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities still exists such as the gradual weakening of the status and strength of the League organization,guidance on youth self-organization is not enough,some Youth League members have weak organizational concept and lack of training for League cadres and lack of identity of League members.The reason lies in the weakening tendency of the functions of the Communist Youth League,the lack of innovation in the working methods of the League organization,the failure of the construction of the League cadres to keep up with the needs of Ideological and political work,and the inaccurate positioning of the functions of the League organization.Therefore,respecting the students’ subjectivity and their initiatives is a good way to make great achievement of the word of the Communist Youth League.We should focus on the theories of social governance,strategic management and public leadership;we should break down the barriers of social systemand allocate educational resources reasonably;We should reform and innovate the ways and methods for our work,to improve the "one-stop" leading system,highlight the key points of our work,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the Communist Youth League in leading young people,and speed up the construction of a team of high-quality League cadres;With the goal of expanding the coverage of the Communist Youth League,we will innovate its organizational system,reform and optimize its leadership system and operational mechanism.
