They should strengthen the ideological construction asa core with completing its content, insisting on the policy of times, effectiveness, aimsand long-lasting, should strengthen the organizational construction with equiping agood lead group, strengthening the construction of the ranks,riching the channels andcarriers, should strengthen the work style building with constantly learning thediscipline of the Party, undergoing practice and endurance and following the mass line,should strengthen the construction of better systems with regulating the work to admitelements to join the Party, improving the guaranteeing mechanism system of Partymembers’ quality, completing the style of life and organization system as well as theassessment and caring system. Furthermore, the basic organization should proceed with Party building ideologically, organizationally and in work style in parallel withinstitutional improvement to speed up the progress of constructing harmoniousuniversity campus.
