Employment discrimination against migrant workers is not a new problem, but solving migrant workers employment discrimination has only just begun. This paper holds that the most fundamental reason of employment discrimination against migrant workers is not market factors, but by the education policy of discrimination, discrimination household registration policy and labor market segmentation. These factors are attributable to the discriminatory policies System of discrimination by government.The paper has proved that the migrant workers in the area of employment discrimination exist in many aspects by explaining the ways of employment discrimination of migrant workers through qualitative and quantitative description. It has discussed the courses of employment discrimination of migrant workers according to the phenomenon. And the paper has discussed the result that migrant workers bound in the secondary labor market by the accumulation of history discrimination. In addition, another major course that leads to the discrimination of migrant workers is the household registration system linking all the city social welfare and is also the interest gap which is difficult to cross during system Reform. It has found that employment discrimination against migrant workers led to the loss of the welfare of whole society, hindering the integration of urban and rural and increasing the mobility of migrant workers through empirical and theoretical analysis in employment discrimination of migrant workers. We believe that the solution to Eliminate the employment discrimination against migrant workers is to lift the household registration system which links to all the benefits, increase the human capital of migrant workers and establish of an effective mechanism to facilitate the expression of migrant workers.
