| This paper is based on the overall social background of the new urbanization of "people-oriented",and uses the sociological investigation method and the statistical analysis tool to study them from the three aspects of the new generation of migrant workers’ employment treatment,employment opportunity and employment guarantee The phenomenon of employment discrimination in the city.In contrast to previous studies,this paper not only explores the description and quantification of employment discrimination itself,but also tries to explore the causes of institutional and non-institutional background behind the employment discrimination of the new generation of migrant workers through an evolutionary perspective.In the study of the discriminatory policy of the new generation of migrant workers’ employment opportunities,it is found that the government’s discriminatory employment system for migrant workers is to protect the employment of the local labor force,mainly to prevent the reduction of the employment opportunities of laid-off workers and local workers.By introducing the new generation of migrant workers and urban workers,the wage index is mainly to compare their income estimates,the results found that the treatment of new generation of migrant workers and urban workers have a big gap.The survey data of the Cenozoic migrant workers in Zhengzhou and Luoyang shows that the registration of vocational skills and residence registration has a significant effect on the salary income of the new generation of migrant workers.In view of the status quo of the new generation of migrant workers in the employment security,the paper mainly uses the method of data cross analysis to start with the occupation of the new generation of migrant workers to investigate the status of labor contracts signed by them in various jobs.,Migrant workers mobility,often transfer characteristics,making them unable to accumulate full amount of social security payments.Through the study of the employment discrimination of the new generation of migrant workers,it is found that improving the human capital and making up the relevant laws and regulations is the most direct and effective way to solve the employment discrimination of the new generation of migrant workers.The implementation of the specific can be divided into: First,starting from the reform of the system,so that the new generation of migrant workers and urban workers groups have the same employment treatment and employment opportunities;Second,strengthen the employment legal system and the construction of rights system to speed up anti-Third,to the new generation of migrant workers groups to provide more skills training opportunities in order to improve their ability to work and their own human capital competition level;Finally,the development of a more complete and unified employment security strategy,the new generation The social security of the migrant workers’ groups is integrated into the system of the system.Of course,to completely solve the problem of employment discrimination of the new generation of migrant workers groups is not overnight,which needs to include the relevant reasonable employment policy and the whole society,including their own unremitting efforts. |
