The women's rights and interests is one of the basic issues that need to be settled in order to build up a harmonious society. The CCP and Chinese government have always been paying high attention to women's development and the maintenance of women's rights and interests. They also established a series of public policies to boost the equality between men and women and accelerate the realization of women's rights and interests. However, as a result of some historical and realistic reasons, there are still a lot of difference and inequality between male and female in the aspect of education, employment and politics and so on.
