Thesis On The Value Orientation Of Fairness And Efficiency Of Public Administration

The value problem is the question that any social science cannot avoid,so does in the field of public administration study area.From the birth of public administration science,the discussion on the value question of public administration has never stopped,especially the value orientation question of the fairness and efficiency of public administration.This thesis fairly discusses from the relationship between fairness and efficiency in the public administration field,analyzes several major factors that affect public administration value orientation and systematically reviews the value theory of fairness and efficiency in the history of public administration.It explores the value loses in the field of public administration from the perspective way to put forward the value goal of our country's public administration.With the combination of the current situation of our country's public administration reform,it further explores the measures of realization of fairness and efficiency in our country's public administration,thus better promoting the development of modernization.The full text altogether includes five parts besides the introduction and the conclusion:The first part:generally speaking,in the public administration field,fairness refers to fairly performing authority,maintaining society fairness,realization of social justice and fairness in the process of managing country and social public affairs.
