The Study Of CPC’s Concept About Fairness And Efficiency

Fairness and efficiency is two important aspects in the human history. The higher efficiency in the social production can promote economic more; but in the field of distribution, the fairness is the most important factor about social stability. So, the healthy development of the economic socially needs both efficiency and fairness. Since Communist Party of China leads the revolution and construction, the every generation of leadership of CPC always committed to deal with the relationship of fairness and efficiency. In the period of Mao Zedong, his concept about fairness and efficiency reflected a clear characteristic, which is "promote the efficiency buy guarantee fairness first", influenced by Marxist philosophy and the traditional culture of China. This concept makes a great effect on steadying the authority of CPC in the period of revolution, the economic recover and develop in the beginning of foundation. But by the increase influence of The Soviet Union’s economic mode and the development of our economic, his concept about fairness and efficiency changes to the Egalitarianism, which brings heavy difficult to our National economic. After the Reform and Opening, According to the requirement of economic development, Deng Xiaoping proposes a new concept about fairness and efficiency, which is called "Giving priority to efficiency while paying attention to equity". As the growing of Market economic, our national economic makes a great success. But, on the other hand, the gap between rich and poor is more and more obvious. Not only that, the gap between rich and poor is attending to grow up. So in this situation, CPC proposes the Scientific Concept of Development, which includes a newer concept about fairness and efficiency. This newer concept insists on that "fairness and efficiency should be organic unified" in the socialism market economic.
