How to strengthen the youths especially the only children's moral foster becomes a major issue, which is in front of the government, the society, the school as well as the family that urgently needs to be solved. Therefore, based on the foster of good moral behavior habits, the youths' moral nurturance education becomes a question for study that urgently needs to make a breakthrough and have an innovation in the field of the youths' ideological and moral education.Nowadays, in the more and more many-faceted social circumstances, the youths have many distinct differences from former generations in lifestyle, ideological concept, moral standard, value pursuit, aesthetic standard, time and space concept and so on. The scholastic moral education can't be going on in the tower of ivory any longer, and its essence of intellectualism is intensifying the phenomena that knowing and doing are disjointed, and the warping behavior in practice day by day. Many studies on psychology and education indicate that younger the youth, better their plasticity. The nurturance education starts with fostering good moral behavior habits, which is the practice education; it is the education, which raises the custom to morality.
