The poplar use of information technology changes the organization construction in the knowledge economy era. Knowledge goes as the essential factor in productive ability, and this surely makes the employees who grasp much knowledge very important in the organization, and brings them as the whole focus that human resource manager take all the time to absorb, to innovate and to hold. Because of the unusual needing compare with ordinary employee, the career development is very important in management of knowledge stuff. This article gets hands on the analysis that information technology take to the stuff, and what the knowledge economy era make it different from other times. The author make a point of view that in this time, the stuff goes in a way that point to the center. To support the career development system, the author formulates the competency model, the training system, the performance evaluation and the salary system.
