Whether deepening the refOrm of stae-owned enterprises or transfer the systemof institutions, require that transfer the business mechanism and establish the modemcorpofation system. The new economy makes the inielligence caPital more and moreimPortan. Actually the comPetition of comPanies is a comPetiton of qualifiedpersons. Training is just the way to improves the levels of emPloyee and strengthensthe competition ability of comPanies .The thesis states the imPOrtance of training andthe main problem, then detailed how to imProve the efficacy of training. Thesolution of the problems includes establishing Strict training system, analyzingaccurately the needs of training, designing scieniific training plan, transferringactively the achievemefits of training and avoiding the risk of training as so on. Thethesis emphasizes that individual and work environment charactCristics influence theeffectiveness of the training trallsfer and suggest creating a learning organization.
