Research On The Optimization Of Ideological And Moral Education Of Migrant Children,Focusing On The Aspect Of Commnity

Based on the investigation and interview of the ideological and moral education of migrant workers' children in Tianqiao District of Jinan,this paper studies the problems and solutions of the ideological and moral education of migrant children.In general,this education has achieved certain results,such as further progress of work the construction and the ideological and moral quality is generally improved.But through the investigation we found that there are still some problems in the construction of the education,such as insufficient funds and venues,lack of professional guidance of parents and absence of long-term working mechanism.Base on the investigations and interviews,we analyze the factors of the community,schools,families,resources and mechanism,and focus on how to play the role of the platform for the government,invite the school come into the community of migrant children,strengthen ideological and moral education,etc.to promote the development of ideological and moral education of migrant children.Children living with migrant workers(hereinafter referred to as migrant children)refer to the juvenile children of workers whose registered permanent residence are in rural or other urban areas.In 1990s,along with the reform and opening up,the economic development of Beijing,Shanghai and other big cities increasingly require a lot of labor.Meanwhile the transfer of rural surplus labor and reform of employment system,make "working in the city" a common phenomenon.According to the results of the fifth national census,China's floating population has passed 120 million,with more 20 million migrant children.Jinan Bureau of Education announced in 2015 that the number of the city's compulsory education was more than 590 thousand,and the migrant children are 160 thousand,accounting for the total number of 27%.There are 52 designated migrant schools in the city,with 21 in Tianqiao District.Therefore,the author will focus on this area for further study.Migrant children are an important group of our juveniles,which is called the second generation of "immigrants" and the future of the new city".whether they can enter the school,accept the knowledge,skills and values of education,and form good moral character,good outlook on life and good values play an important role in the future of the individual and society.According to the requirements of urbanization and migrant children,and the rule of moral formation,we should do something to the effectively ideological and moral teaching of migrant workers.It is an urgent mission that we should promote the transformation,improve the overall political,ideological and moral quality,to make it integrate into the big city life as soon as possible,which attract more and more attention of social,school and parents.Based on the investigation and interviews,we understand the moral quality,the current situation of life,study and the work of migrant children in a community.From the community,schools,families,resources,mechanism and environment,we analyze the factors of the ideological and moral education of migrant children,and focus on the ideological and moral education and countermeasures to optimize the path,trying to establish a interaction in the ideological and moral education of migrant children in a community.
