The Grassroots Cadre's Quality Structure Analysis Of A Certain Unit In The Armed Police Forces

The Armed Police Force is one to safeguard national security and social stability as its fundamental function. How to establish the quality structure mode of the armed police grass-roots cadre, let the Armed police officers and soldiers serve the people, listen to the party director and be brave in battle, Fulfill the scientific development concept by the practical action, set a good example of power and civilization troops is very important.This research has discussed the cadre quality research theory through the literature summary, elaborated the development cause, the concept, and the connotation as well as structure of cadre quality, looked back into the related research history and the present situation, pointed out pointed out the question and dispute existing in the cadre troop quality research area.Further, the empirical study was carried out. The subject were consist of 263 grass-roots cadres come from 4 detachment,command college,and hospital of the Armed Police Force. The purpose of research is to explore the quality structures and characteristics of grassroots cadres in the Armed Police Forces, establish the quality structure model of grassroots cadre for reference by relative users and researchers.Empirical research was based on the criteria worked out and promulgated by the Armed Police Force. Through the collection material, the data analysis, reorganizes the clause, the screening project, gains the data, obtains the questionnaire revision manuscript; the revision manuscript was used to conduct the official research again, reliability and validity were tested, the statistical analysis was done by SPPP18.0. and the AMOS 18.0 software, obtained the quality structural model of Armed Police Force.Confirmatory factor analysis results show that:the grassroots cadre's quality structure including six aspects such as physical quality, the political thought quality and the knowledge quality, ability quality, psychological quality and the quality of the military.The results of this study was useful and could be the reference criteria for the Armed police's grassroots cadres select, human resources management work and so on inspection training, adjustment assign.
