The Study On Incentive Mechanism Of Armed Police Force Cadres

Moreover, whether the wholesociety retains stable depends on the armed police. At present, motivationin current Chinese armed policy is significantly inconsistent with newtask and new situation. The enthusiasm and creativity of all cadres havenot been fully expressed. A part of armed police can hardly completerelevant requirement of Central Military Commission. Therefore, we shouldnot only enhance the sense of mission and sense of responsibility of allcadres to find a way for scientific development, but also motivate theenthusiasm and initiative of all police cadres to achieve greaterdevelopment.Specific content, main characteristics, and important functions ofrelevant cadre motivation system in armed police are deeply discussed,and important problems and reasons in current relevant cadre motivationsystem are analyzed. Meanwhile, based on the case study of a team of armedpolicy, through field survey, the root reasons for the problem are found.Furthermore, a set of scientific model and system are established toenrich the relevant motivation system in armed police.5importantmeasures and6main principles in cadre motivation system are pointed outclearly. In addition, based on relevant practice of motivation system inthe author’s force, a motivation system suitable for the group characteristics of current armed police cadres is found to enrich thetheoretical study on motivation thought.
