In 2003,our country formally holded the realty industry a key industry, which had given real estste a high praise for it's great effect on domestic economy. But at the same time, People's Bank of China and some other departments have proclaimed many laws and rules to strenthen controlling real estate development.Apparently, the government have given a self-contradictory attitude on real estate. But in fact, all the decisions are all be in order to promote the healthy development of the real estate industry, so all the decisions are in favor of marketing enterprises because of their more abundant finance.More and more real estate enterprises want to be listed to get the support of high finance, but which is not easy, the marketing enterprises will face more complicated problems though they have the advangtage in finance. Many real estate enterprises listed haven't yet been certificated by investors though they have been making a great number of projects.What's the matter? How to resolve such a problem?In the following article, the author will try to give some explanations and suggestions to the above problems through deep analysis, which maybe could give help to the managers or others interrelated.
