| The law education of our country modern significance that establish new-typelaw educational organization as main signs from the end the 19th century has beenover one hundred histories of years old. The law education for the realistic purposehave been frustrated for several times during this historical period. But how we raisethe level of the law education and the training quality by the effective teaching modeand method is the theme that our generational law educators probe. In this course, thelaw education of our country has been adopted successively: the teachingmethodology, case methodology and moot court methodology, practicingmethodology etc. But our law education always face a contradiction andpredicament--through the above teaching method being difficult to reach the idealteaching result: Undergraduates of law science have theory grounding in basic skillsof sturdy law as well as have relatively strong administration of justice real affairs tooperate ability.As the wheel of history sails into 21st century, this kind of contradiction andpredicament are not merely gotten and solved very well, and under the background ofeconomic globalization and our country joining WTO, as the society of our countryincreases the law demand for talent of high quality constantly, further moreoutstanding. It is an urgent and great subject in front of our country's law educationhow to solve above-mentioned predicaments. Therefore, this thesis discusses thepractising of the clinical legal education that law colleges in USA conduct universallyin the partial law college of our country, summarizes its practical experience, analysesits question existing, proposes way that solves it. I expect that I can probe intonecessity that the clinical legal education is educated and popularizes in our countryfrom the standing of theory .This thesis divides into three chapters altogether. Chapter one states with thesocial background of rising and developping from the clinical legal education,analyses meaning and characteristic of the clinical legal education, announces thebelief of the clinical legal education. Then, operational mode, the educationalobjective, educational method of the clinical legal education are carried onintroduction.Chapter two analyses at first theoretical foundation and current demand of theclinical legal education that we put into practice in our country. Then it recommendsthe development situations of the clinical legal education in some universities of ourcountry, sums up its achievement obtained in the course of practising and questionexisting, probes into the reason of producing the question and way to clear up thesequestionsChapter three involves the orientation problems of the clinical legal education atthe future innovation of the law education of our country –creative education or IIassisting education, vocational education or specialized education, the masses`education or the elite's education.
