Especially since the 1990s, the R&D and industrialization of FCEV have been focal point of the technological competitions of the main automobile producing country of the world all the time. Because FCEV has great advantages, such as extremely high efficiency, lower emission, lower noises, hydrogen fuel has extensive source and renewable, etc. It is known as the first of ten major Hi-Tech changing human life in 21st century. It indicates the arrival of industrial revolution of automobile, shown light future of the auto industry. It become the irreversible trend for FCEV replaced the traditional automobile. So developing FCEV has strategic and revolutionary meanings. GM has already indicated that their motive force was driven systematically strategy grown from traditional internal-combustion engine technology to motive force of hybrid and then to the fuel cell of hydrogen.The fuel cell has already been regarded as the strategic products by each big industrialized country as the power source of automobile of new generation. Developing FCEV has become first-selected carriers for the countries such as U.S.A. and Japan to hydrogen economy. The president Wagner of GM said, China may realize crossing over type development in hydrogen motive force probably, because the auto industry of China, capital construction of the service station have not formed the scale yet, it is much possible to jump into the era of" hydrogen economy" directly but saving a large amount of fund. Moreover, the coal,the natural gas,waterpower resources of China are abundant which offer the condition for manufacture of the hydrogen.China and the developed country nearly in the same line on the R&D and industrializations of FCEV. The State Council, Department of Science and Technology pay close attention to developing the automobile industry of FCEV, They have already issued a series of plans and policies. Department of Science and Technology has already listed the fuel cell automobile in one of " 863" Hi-Techs key projects. Researching and development of FCEV, using the high-new technological transformation traditional auto industry to realize the spanning development of the auto industry of our country has already faced the extremely good opportunity at present.As one about research on the development of FCEV and a R&D center. This text divides three parts mainly: Part 1: introduced the development of strategic management and current situation briefly at first, then from four aspects as environmental pollution challenges , the challenges and pressures for petroleum resources, the pulling function for auto industry to the economics, historical opportunity of spanning development of auto industry prove that our country development of FCEV is necessary and important. On the premise of this, it explained the development current situation of the domestic and international FCEV, pointed out our difficulties in the research and development stage of FCEV. Part 2 , with the methods of PESTs, VRIOs, SWOTs, etc. carry on an overall, systematic analysis from the inside and outside environments of the center and found out the core competitive ability of the R&D center. Part 3, at the foundation of SWOT analyses synthetically, combine the chain theory of value proposed that development strategy planning and some implementation project of the project center.It hopes that the systematic analysis of this article can play a certain reference role to the developments of the R&D center. |
