With the globalization of the economy and the approaching of information era, the companies are facing the challenges of globalization, new technology, cost control, and management transformation. Therefore, more and more enterprises realize the importance of strategic human resource management, which ties the human resource management with company development strategy. Generally, human resource management has transformed from traditional "passive implementation" to "active strategy framer and propellent".Performance Management is one of the core contents of Human Resource Management, in the current situation, the studying of how to combine the strategy and performance management system, in order to provide supporting and controlling information to strategy management, and help the company to realize the development strategies. Therefore, it is regarded as one of the important tasks in the management of the enterprise.The thesis involves the theories of Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Performance Management, and methodology of combination of theoretical research and case study, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and based on reference investigated, it includes the following aspects:First of all, analyzing the position of performance management in the process of realizing the enterprise strategies, raising the general idea and methodological frame for strategy-oriented performance management of the enterprise, establishing the procedure of strategy-oriented performance management; then, studying the general strategy-oriented performance management, raising the general performance evaluation frame based on balancing score cards, establishing relative index system and evaluation model based on hiberarchy analysis; Moreover, studying the individual strategy-oriented performance management, raising the individual performance evaluation frame based on the decomposing of general performance index into key performance indexes, establishing the evaluation model and method based on MBO (Management By Object) and 360 Grading Evaluation; Finally, with the background of? TEDA group, the thesis studies the method to realize strategy-oriented performance models, including performance targeting, performance implementation and inspection, performance evaluation, performance feedback etc. and provides the application of such strategy-oriented performance management models with methodology instruction.The result proves that the strategy-oriented performance management models are practical, which will facilitate the effective combination of enterprise strategy and performance management, and provide the effective performance management of the enterprise with idea and instruction...
