Most of the corporations have their own strategy, but only 10% of the corporations can carry out the strategy. The prime problem is that there is lack of executing methods and watching means. Neither strategic perspective can be broken down into implementing goals nor suitable watching mean can ensure the realization of strategic goals. In 1998, the professor of Harvard Business School, Robert S. Kaplan, published the administrative book, 《Balanced Scorecard Step-by-Step: Maximizing Performance & Maintaining Results》. In this book, by implementing the performance management with the Balanced Scorecard methodology to performance, it can convert the enterprise task and desire to the measurable goals and methods, then the establishment of the corporation strategy can be combined with the implementation watching.This thesis gives a case of a mobil data company. On the basis of the study and discussion of the performance management with the Balanced Scorecard methodology, we track and describe the implementing process and effect. There are five parts: The first main part shows the Balanced Scorecard methodology and performance check and management from the phenomenon that the corporation strategy is difficult to bring into effect. It also introduce the background of a project, which was implementing the performance check and management to ensure the implementation of corporation strategy in a mobil data company. It includes the date of the company establishment, the market orientation, the necessity and urgency of implementing the performance check.In the second part it mainly introduces some theories and methods related with the corporation strategy plan and the performance check and management. It simply summarizes the application situation by using the methods in industry, such as Balanced Scorecard methodology, the corporation management model, human resource management frame, PDCA circle and so on.In the third part, it mentions the process and results of the performance check and management designed on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard methodology. It includes the design method of check, the flow of check and main template and table.In the fourth part, it introduces the process of drive and implemention of the mobil data company. The drive skill, management practice, effect estimate and experience summarization is invloved. In the fifth part, it expatiates the work related to the performance check and developed in the future in order to make the whole performance management system more integral. This thesis combines the real case with the study of management method tightly. It has very good guidable meaning in the practice of company management.
