The Research On The Evaluation Method And The System Of The Technological Management

This subject is aimed at studying the method and the system of the mechanical enterprises' technological management. Then developed an evaluation subsystem of technological management, which is carried on the assessment of the technological management.Technological management is the whole process of planning, organizing and controlling all technological work. In the manufacture system, it is the most fundamental, important and extensive subsystem. Moreover, it's a bridge of the technological development subsystem and the manufacture system. To an enterprise, technological management play a vital role, that is it's level has an intimate relationship with the enterprise's existence and development. So how to evaluate a corporation's technological management, so that the shortcoming can be found and the goal can be confirmed is a problem on edge.Based on the regulations of the technological /nanagement symbol in some documents and the old index system for the evaluation, and combined with the characteristics of the modern mechanical enterprises and what I found in the research, a new index system which is agree to the modern corporations is came up with. At the same time, the meanings of the index are also fully expatiated. When the technological management is evaluated, because it is so broad and most of the ingredients is fuzzy, in order to get a more exact evaluation result, a new evaluation method which is different from the common one is advanced, that is comprehensive fuzzy evaluation. It convert the fuzzy indexes into quantitative ones, so we can get the exact and credible result.Based on the elemental theories introduced upward, using Visual Basic programming language and Access database, some friendly user interfaces are designed, and realizes reasonably calling, accomplished the evaluation assignment of the technological management.In the project, the technological management evaluation is resolved, and by using thedatabase technique, the information sharing and the seamless connection between thesubsystem and manufacture system are realized, and the index system is confirmed. By evaluating the technological management, the enterprises can find the disadvantages timely, and ensure the development direction, and make some progress. So that improve the quality of the products and the enterprises' benefits. Moreover, evaluating a corporation's technological management at interval, can recognize itself clearly and confirm the development direction.
