The real estate in new century is the one of network area, that is to say , is the informatization of real estate. According to the experience of developed country, infonnatization of real estate enterprise will help them to management and decide assistantly, hold accurate information of market, then obtain more business chance. By developing the informatization in real estate and housing, constructing the whole information basic construction, applying information technology in management, production, and service, will optimize the structure of industry, accelerate the development of technology, promote the country economic.By discussion on informatization construction of real estate, this dissertation raise the strategy and measure of real estate informatization. Last raise all kinds of electronic commerce modes of real estate.Thirdly, particularly analysis the content of real estate informatization, which include the real estate administration department informatization, real estate corporation informatization and the real estate product informatization, for every part this article give the real estate informatization frame, demonstrate the construction of information system, finally we conclude the main methods and process of real estate informatization in detail.The real estate informatization is a systems engineering, which include many real estate informatization in management, producing, supplying, demand. Not only including the informatization of real estate products, i.e., the "numerical community", "intellectual community", but also including the information of real estate operation-procurement, marketing, agency, i.e., the electronic commerce using in real estate, and electronic commerce can reduce the expense of trade, reduce the cost of "numerical community". What's more, the real estate infonnatization include administration department informatization. Because the acrrinistration department isthe core manager and organizer of real estate market, so the government informatization is the most important and content of real estate informatization. It need collect many factors of society to build the system of real estate informatization, which need the support of real estate corporation, administration department and industry association.
