In 2002, theexpenditure on mobile e-commerce by almost 58 million mobile users wasabout $2.3 billion, and almost 17 percent mobile user had used mobilee-commerce. It is estimated that 15 percent of global online transactionwill be in mobile e-commerce field in 2007. Three main elements ofe-commerce activity are information flow, capital flow and substance flow.E-commerce transaction can be accomplished until client pay for somegoods or service. The core of e-commerce is electronic payment, so ismobile e-commerce. Electronic payment system includes not onlytechnology, but also credit system, law and regulations, safety mechanism,consumer mentality etc. It closely relates to much aspects of social life. Soit is significant to penetrate into exploration of electronic payment mode,and search for one which is suitable to present conditions of mobilee-commerce. E-commerce and tourism are both rising industry which have greatpotential. Tour e-commerce, as the combination of tourism ande-commerce, are showing glorious prospect.
