The Relativity Research Of The Enterprise Strategy And Economic Cycle

From the point of view of the complexity theories and enterprise system science, this dissertation studied that how enterprise strategy dynamically adapt to the economic cycle with the economic development, put forward that the variety of the enterprise strategy must dynamically adapt to the economic cycle, holding tight the economic cycle' s opportunity, avoiding the economic cycle' s risk, and must change the enterprise strategy thought model, turning simplification and linearity into complication and not-linearity, and learn how to face and handle with the indetermination environment, how to rein the "chaos" phenomenon in the economy science and in the management of business enterprises. In a detailed way of the dissertation is as follows:In the chapter 1, this dissertation analyzed and summarized the economic cycle theories in the history, particularly studied the influence that variety of the information and economic-globalized to the economic cycle under the new surrounding and the evolvement regulation of the economic cycle.In the chapter 2, this dissertation studied the influence that the economic cycle with the environmental in enterprise. The point studied the economic cycle and need, the supply, economic cycle and economic policy, the relation or interaction regulation between the industry evolvement with the economic cycle.In the chapter 3, this dissertation analyzed and summarized the foundation theory of enterprise strategy model-changed. The chapter discussed the complexity theories and the enterprise system theories to the enterprise strategy model-changed of enlighten. Join together the characteristic of the economic cycle at the same time, put forward the key of the enterprise strategy accommodating the economic cycle.In the chapter 4, this dissertation analyzed and discussed four kinds of enterprises development strategy accommodating the economic cycle: the combinative strategy between Crisis management and the competition strategy, the CIM strategy, the flexible strategy, the industry innovation strategy.In the chapter 5, this dissertation studied our country economic cycle, joining together the economic cycle of our country and the fact of our country enterprises development, putting forward that if our country enterprises development want to adapt to the economic cycle and keep a durative development road, they must catch hold of some key of enterprises development strategy, putting forward the suggestion of the national macroscopic policy.
