Aim at their development since 1990s', select cross sections, in virture of the computer softwares, use the method of Principle Component Analysis to deal with those statistic dates and analyse the results from traverse and longitudinal.Pointed out if one city wants to enhance its urban competitiveness, the fields in the society and economy should be developped entirely, specially on Goss, Quality and Flux. According to this, all of the five cities can be divided into develop qickly, medium and slowly.At the end, based on the evaluated results and their own instances, the method of SWOT Analysis have been used to give useful strategy to upgrade urban competitiveness, to spur them to perfect themselves, to exert the scatter effection maximum.In term of the exploiture theory about Point-Line-Area, the drive mechanism in the West China will come into bing which scatters and drives the whole development of West China.
