Influence And Strategy To Production And Trade For Maize, Soybean, And Rice In Heilongjiang Province After Entering WTO Of China

Based on the studying data of formers, combined with the experience and working practice in agriculture, I primarily analyzed the influences of entering WTO on the agriculture in China, especially the planting industry (including maize, soybean, and rice) in Heilongjiang Province, and put forward some concrete measures. I want to discuss the challenge and chance of the planting industry in Heilongjiang Province after entering the WTO, and hope it will get a quiet great progress and a continuabie development of planting industry in Heilongjiang Province.This paper includes five parts: The first part introduces the background of entering WTO of China; The second part and the third part analysis the advantage and disadvantage influence of entering WTO to the agriculture in China; The fourth part analysis the influence of entering WTO to the planting industry (including maize, soybean, and rice) in Heilongjiang Province; The fifth part give some strategies to develop the planting industry (including maize, soybean, and rice) in Heilongjiang Province.
