Research On The Integration Of Quality, Environment And Safety Management System For Architecture Corporation

The management system standards of ISO9000 and ISO 14000 issued by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) and the management system standard of OHSAS 18000 issued by the 13 standardization organizations including the BSI in Britain have been widely applied in some countries and regions. The standards in China have also been transformed into national standards of GB/T19001-2000, GB/T24001-1996 and GB/T28001-2001.When different management systems are established according to different standards and the management in different sides is strengthened in the corporations, whether integrational management systems can be established by adopting many standards according to the characteristics and the demands of the corporations or not, has become an urgent problem for the standard management departments and the authenticated institutions and the corporations in China.According to the demands of the standards of ISO9001 and ISO14001 and OHS AS 18000, integrate file systems are established and unity and coordination and high efficiency are achieved in the sides of quality, environment and safety management: This is the so-called "integration".The challenges brought to the architecture corporations after joining WTO, the demands of quality, environment and safety management for the corporations brought by WTO/TBT, and the demands of quality, environment and safety management by the characteristics of architecture corporations are analyzed, and the necessity of establishing management systems in quality, environment and safety management for the architecture corporations in China are put forward. Tne shared points and the similar points in standards of ISO9000, 14000 and OHS AS 18000 ore analyzed and related conceptions and theoretical bases for the establishment of integrational systems for the corporations are put forward. The establishment of an efficient and integrational management system that is up to the standard demands and suitable to the corporations is researched and integrational management manuals for architecture corporations are designed and edited. The corresponding environments to promote the execution of integrational systems more efficiently in the architecture corporations in China are put forward: the authentication integration of the country and the consult integration of the country.
