Corporate Standards Implementation To Integrate Multiple Standards-based System Management Studies

When more and more standards need to be effectuated, most enterprises gradually get to know that IMS could make the management efficiency heighten and make the cost of standards effectuating, cetification and routines reduce. They have already begin on integrating these existing management systems and practice the integrated management system of QMS, EMS and OHSMS. As a result, researching on the integration of enterprises' effectuating standards has important theoretic value and reality significance.In this thesis, the process of enterprises effectuacting standards is regarded as researching objective. Many questions about IMS are answered by applying to the basal integrating principle and method. This thesis includes five parts. The first is the trend of integrating enterprises' effectuating standards and the necessity and feasibility of integration are analyzed by summarizing the existing situation of enterprises' effectuating standards internal and external. The second is researching on the basal principle and method according of the management integration by generalizing and summarizing the theory of management integration at the first time; Then the basal scope and method is put forward totally and systemically. The third is researching on the framework of integrating enterprises' effectuating standards according of the management integration , and it is including of bringing forward a theoretic framework of enterprises' seting up IMS and a new pattern of the integration of enterprises' effectuating standards and introducing the informational system of integrating enterprises' effectuating standards-Three standards integrated management system.The forth is establishing IMS of quality, environment and occupational health & safty in enterprises by the method of process including of how to realize IMS of ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSMS 18000, how to compile handbooks and procedure files and how to auditing inside and evaluate in management and how to develop the third party's certification and auditing. The last is the applying research. The integrated managementsystem of QMS, EMS and OHSMS and BPR based on the integrated flatment are analyzed and argued in XAYC enterprise through dissecting its present situations by adopting to these methods of analyzing data, individual cases, on the spot investigation and exchanging with experts.
