Integration Of Quality, Health, Safety And Environment (qhse) Management System

In this article, an introduction is made of the historical development of QHSE management systems and the basic, current situation and approaches of QHSE management systems study. IS09001 and IS014001 are quality and environmental management systems standards. OHSMS28001 are heath and safety management systems standards. HSE management systems are effective means of health and safety and environmental in oil enterprises. China's entry the WTO has made it urgent to implement these standards. The compatibility between these systems and the feasibility of establishing QHSE integrity management system are discussed in this paper. Some note-worthy points are revealed for the effective operation of QHSEmanagement system.
