| By utilizing technologic and economic principles, a complete set of optimal index system in the valuation system is set up in this paper, various index with different definitions are defined and their corresponding methods of theory are presented. In addition, on the basis of concluding several kinds of the methods for the determination of weights , a modified AHP method in overall merit is proposed and is proved by the figure .
