Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Beautiful Village Construction In Dantu District Of Zhenjiang City

At the beginning of reform and opening up,my country,as a traditional agricultural country,started late in industrial construction,and was far behind the developed countries in the world.Therefore,at the beginning,my country adopted a policy of supporting industrial construction in agriculture and supporting urban construction in rural areas.With the accelerated development of industrialization,the national economy has been greatly improved,but the gap between urban and rural areas is further widening.In order to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and achieve a well-off society in an all-round way,it is necessary to insist that industry feeds back agriculture and cities support the countryside.Rural construction is placed in a higher position by all sectors of society,which is the key to whether our country can achieve the goal of a well-off society.The rural revitalization strategy was proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a very important step for the successful realization of the construction of a beautiful China.It has an irreplaceable basic supporting role for the establishment of my country’s modern economic system.It is also The inevitable choice to achieve common prosperity for all people.From the current point of view,investment in the construction of beautiful rural areas across the country is still dominated by public financial support.In the past,public investment projects were often accompanied by a high rate of project decision-making errors,common image projects,repeated bans on "tofu dregs" projects with substandard materials,and embezzlement of project funds.The performance of these projects The problem is increasingly being closely watched by society and the public.Although there have been no negative situations in the beautiful rural construction project so far,in order to improve the efficiency of public finance,it is very important and urgent to establish a performance evaluation mechanism for the beautiful rural construction project.This paper selects Dantu District of Zhenjiang City as the case analysis object,uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and statistical analysis methods to analyze and study the problems existing in the performance evaluation index system of beautiful rural construction in Dantu District of Zhenjiang City,and use what we have learned Knowledge,through the calculation of indicator weights,the performance evaluation results are obtained,and the reasons for the performance evaluation results in the construction of beautiful villages in Dantu District are further analyzed,and the research conclusions are drawn.This paper uses a combination of questionnaires and field interviews to investigate 5provincial beautifulrural villages in Dantu District.According to relevant policy documents and considering the availability of indicators,a total of 32 specific indicators have been screened out for the study of this article,and a good performance evaluation indicator system will be determined.The analytic hierarchy process is used to compare each indicator at the criterion level with the target level.The included indicators are compared in terms of importance,a judgment matrix is ??constructed,and the consistency test is performed to determine the weight of the indicator.For the weight of each indicator included in the indicator layer relative to the criterion layer,the entropy method in the objective assignment method is used to determine the relevant data,and the SPSS software is used to calculate the relevant data.After the data is standardized,the weight of each indicator is obtained,and then according to The calculation of the weights at the criterion level yields the comprehensive weights of each indicator,which is conducive to enriching the theoretical system of beautiful rural construction,and is conducive to the reasonable allocation of financial funds in the construction of public projects.It is hoped that the research of this article can provide reference opinions for the construction of performance evaluation index system for the construction of beautiful countryside in the future.
