The smart community pension model is a new type of pension model which is generated by the Internet,It was generated in the context of the family pension model and the lack of institutional pension model.This new-age pension model can use the Internet,Internet of Things and other science and technology to improve the living environment of the elderly,the quality of life for the elderly,enrich the spiritual life for the elderly,and bring convenience and comfortable old-age life to the elderly.It can be said that in today's society where aging is becoming more and more serious,with the continuous development of technologies such as the Internet and the Internet of Things,the smart community pension model is the mainstream model for the future pension industry.However,China's smart community pension model is still in the early stage of development,and there are many shortcomings,lack of perfect rules and regulations and evaluation index system.The evaluation of the smart community pension model can find out the imperfect situation in the existing model construction,promote the rapid development of China's pension industry,and provide management basis for the decision-making of developers,governments and other relevant participants.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the evaluation of the old-age model of the smart community and establish its evaluation model for the development of the old-age model of the smart community.This paper analyzes and analyzes a large number of relevant literatures,and uses the relevant concepts of management environment in management to establish a smart community pension model evaluation index system including four factors: technical factors,economic factors,policy factors and cognitive factors.The actual demand and the influencing factors of the construction of the smart community pension model,adhere to the "people-oriented" principle,sort out the setting of relevant pension evaluation indicators in the existing research literature,and use the Delphi method to screen out the sub-criteria indicators.On the other hand,through extensive review of relevant literature and national policies and regulations,the evaluation criteria for each evaluation index are determined,and some qualitative indicators are appropriatelyquantified.After that,an evaluation model of the smart community pension model was established.In this paper,the subjective weights of the indicators are collected from the experts through questionnaires.At the same time,the objective weights of the indicators are determined by the entropy weight method and combined with the combined weights of the indicators.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the comprehensive evaluation value.Finally,this paper evaluates the smart community pension model in Qingdao as an empirical evaluation,and determines the evaluation data by issuing questionnaires to the elderly and relevant experts.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the analysis and research are carried out to verify the rationality of the established index system,and the shortcomings in the process of building the mentality of the smart community are pointed out and corresponding suggestions are put forward.After the results of research and analysis,the paper mainly takes the following results: Firstly,the evaluation index system of the intelligent community pension model is established,which fills the research deficiencies of the current smart community pension model in China;secondly,the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method Determine subjective weight and objective weight,and obtain combined weights to make up for the defects caused by subjective factors in the existing literature.Finally,through empirical analysis,clarify the rationality of the indicators,and analyze the wisdom community of Qingdao through evaluation results.The inadequacy of the pension model.Break through the study of the smart community pension model that only stays at the theoretical stage.
