This paper put forward the sustainable development strategy of Daqing Oilfield through utilizing the theory of sustainable development and combined with the favorable situations and unfavorable situations of Daqing Oilfield. Daqing Oilfield sustainable development means not only the extension of the exploitation life, but also the enlargement of the developing space. The sustainable development should include the development of national economy and local economy; the long-term, rational, and effective utilization of recourses; the continuous improvement of staffs' living standard; the concerted development of enterprise and natural environment and economic environment.The basis of sustainable development is product R&D, recourses substitute and industry shift. The key of sustainable development is scientific and technical innovation. The guarantee of sustainable development is strategic plan, market development, HRM, enterprise culture, leadership, scientific management and innovation. The ultimate goal of sustainable development is to ensure the existence and development of 200 thousand staffs. The general frame of sustainable development is to develop the oil and gas exploitation greatly, develop the external market actively, improve the economic benefit earnestly and realize the sustainable development of enterprise.
