The construction of enterprise culture of Daqing oilfield has a long history and "Daqing spirit" is honored home and abroad. Under the circumstances of great environmental changes both inside and outside the enterprise, it is advisable for Daqing Oilfield Company Limited to innovate the existing enterprise culture on the basis of inheriting the excellent traditions: a micro-recreation and reconstruction of it. This paper is guided by the theory of enterprise culture and lays emphasis upon "seeking truth from facts". With a standard of the progress of time, an objective and reasonable diagnosis is conducted about the current culture condition of the company. The cream of the enterprise culture is affirmed with its imperfectness and improvement pointed out. Through analyzing the concepts, connotation and choice of target model of enterprise culture, there has been set forth a planning design of the whole conception of enterprise culture innovation and a basic pattern and enforcement principles for reconstructing the enterprise culture system. Meanwhile, it is suggested that the change of system and the entry into market of Daqing Oilfield Company Limited be taken as a turning point and a chance of advancement to build up a vigorous enterprise culture of epochal character and increase the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Hence, stimulating the company to stride forward in the coming market competition and realizing the sustainable development.
