The Study Of Daqing Oilfield Development Strategy

Through theoretic research and market investigation, this paper comprehensively analyzed the internal and external environment of Daqing Oilfield. From the aspects of international economic environment, domestic economic environment, oil supply demand trend and China entry into WTO, this paper analyzed the external economic environment of Daqing Oilfield. From the aspects of basic condition of Daqing Oilfield, reconstructing of PetroChina and existent problems during the development of Daqing Oilfield analyzed the internal economic environment of Daqing Oilfield. Based on the affluent information and combined with the advantage and disadvantage of Daqing Oilfield, this paper set up the strategic basis, strategic thought, strategic choice, strategic objective and strategic steps. At last this paper put forward the strategic measures, such as oil & gas exploration, science & technology development, etc. Although this paper is just an introductory discussion, it can act as guidance and reference for the research of Daqing Oilfield development.
