| Forest park rises in China, not only satisfying the traveler's wishes to " return to the great nature", but also broughting the source of vitality for the development of the forestry. Forest park emerges late in time in our country, so there are many problems to be solved and new ways to be found through 21 yeais'quest and development. Forest park as a new industry, requires modem ideology and up-to-date management. I know the management of industrialization's research of the forest park to be short still through reading and inducing a flood of domestic and international materials and proceeds with relevant expert the study with consults. We even need to take into the solution from the path of the management of industrialization , aiming at the performance that the forest park of Heilongjiang province development's time is short, experience is shortage, and total beneficial result is not good.On the basis of introduction about the basic theories in forest park and the basic circumstance in domestic and international forest park, I applicated substantial evidence research, system analysis and quantitative methods. The point aims at analyzing the present condition and the operate circumstance of the forest park of Heilongjiang province, aims at the existent problem of the forest park management, puts forward the necessity that the management of industrialization of the forest park of Heilongjiang province, and defines the content for the management of industrialization of forest park industry for the very first time, studies the operating principle and mechanism of the forest park, puts forward finally the forest p ark of Heilongjiang province puts into practice the countermeasure that the management of industrialization. The aim of the paper was to give some theoretic support and methodological directions for the section that management travels and forestry section to holding the forest tourism and operating the forest park.
