Research Of Resources Protection Law Regimen On Forest Park Of China

At present, the area of constitutional management of resource protection on forest park is one of study fields there is hardly researcher.In this paper, author introduced firstly natural characters of forest parks and analyzed their role and effect in nature protection system from which we can learn the adjusted target and significance of forest park law about resources protection. In addition, having made many survey and studies in re evant departments and areas, author got the precious first-hand materials about theme of the paper .By analyzing the materials, author found some problems in legislation and the decision-making and executive processing.
