Competitive Power Between Internal Banks And External Banks

Because China government has promised that the external banks would have no any limit in China after five years. There is a violent impact to the internal banks that have no advanced management and have some inherent weakness. So at present how to improve the competitive power of internal banks is very urgent and important.In this dissertation the internal banks include four national banks and thirteen stock banks, excluding the banks of the cities. The external banks include thirteen joint-stock banks, excluding one hundred and fifty nine embranchment in China.At first, it introduces the causes and methods of the dissertation. Secondly, it presents the competitive theory and some related theory. Thirdly, this dissertation analyzes the obvious figures, hidden figures, and surroundings between internal banks and external banks. And then it outlines the prospect of banks in a few years. At last this dissertation puts forward some suggestions and measures to the internal banks.From the above comparison and analysis in this dissertation, it draws the conclusion that the internal banks can't come up to the external banks. In the future, the internal banks should pay attention to the quality regulation. On the other hand, the external banks should pay attention to the quantity regulation. Who will be the winner depends on the paces and deepness of regulation.
