With the continuing escalation of IT, the means of information disseminationalso undergoing rapid changes, the media become more modern and quick of massiveinformation dissemination of the society into the information era of expansion.Infringement of moral rights attendant, especially a public figure because of theparticularity of identity, often become the focus of media scrutiny, and therefore moreeasily lead to disputes over the right of personality. In recent years, personalitydisputes over the right of public figures frequently occur, some stars will be moremedia and businesses in court, the protection of personality rights of public figureshas led to a series of the study of jurisprudence, and how to define the range of moralrights of public figures, the moral rights of public figures to be the necessaryrestrictions, how to effectively balance the conflict relationship between the publicfigure moral rights and public interest, have become problems to be solved. Therefore,we start from the concept and content of the right of personality, in-depth analysis ofthe limits of the moral rights of public figures principles and standards as defined in,and then public figures, the right of personal name, portrait, privacy, reputation andother restrictions recommended for public figures the right of personality theory andjudicial application plays an important role.
