Third Party Logistics(TPL)is a new way of logistics operation and brings a new way of economic development.TPL greatly promotes the development of logistics industry.Through the special operation,TPL providers integrate logistics resources and produce scale effect, and then make clients pay attention on core operation, reduce the cost, enhance the flexility, and partake the risk with its clients.TPL takes on the mission of providing modern logistics service for other industries.Now the level of our country's TPL is lower than the developed country.The need of TPL service in our country is not enough ,which reason is low management efficiency, lagged marketing ideas and service ideas, single service. Logistics service industry in our country needs new marketing ideas and service ideas.Through the research of One to One Marketing, the author believes that the One to One Marketing can effectively direct TPL practice.One to One Marketing is on the basis of "customer share", pays attention to the internal potential of clients.Through communicating with each other, the provider build permament "two-win" relationship with its client and provides custom-built product or service.The author applies One to One Marketing in TPL and puts TPL service model and service strategy on the basis of the characters of TPL. The model, its core is customer and its spirit is one to one workteam and its accordance is double decision and its service means is logistics resource chain, pay attention to retaining and developing client , help realize customized series logistics service. The strategies are grouped by locking customer, collocating resource, cooperating with each other, manageing logistics supply chain, subdivizing customer.The model and the strategies make the povider pay attention to customer's requirements, advance customer relationship, improve logistics service, and forcast customer' needs according to customer' behaviour, and then design losgistics service for its customer, build permanent one to one relationship. The model and the strategies can strengthen the capability of winnng the loyalty customer and can effectively direct the development of our country's TPL.
