| It is a practical managements case about how to do productions and operations management in NanHai Guangya Aluminium Co. LTD, There are two parts in this paper: "the case" and "the analysis" .In the case, general situation about Guangya such as management conception, administrative policy and market position are introduced firstly. Then the author describes the history and the development status of Guangya. After emphasis was listed on company's structure, its operation models and the details of actual operation. Which lively reflected: what hazards will occur under irregular and lag-behinded managements.In the analysis, the author used Small Business Enterprise Theory as reference to analyze Guangya's current Productions and Operations Management task, and also denotes an integral set of thoughts on how to avoid managements and metaphysics, and how to enable a realization on a formal, systemize and informatization administrations. In the mean time, many sufficient advices had been given on regularizing structure, procedure improvement, and other managerial aspects. |
